He says: “The US is probably catching up to Europe in terms of a lot of environmental regulation. That has huge implications for the packaging space – what’s recyclable? Are materials compostable?

“A lot of things are done state by state and we sell into Canada a lot. Canada has different sets of regulations than we do, so I think getting ahead of environmental regulations will be a big concern and starting to think bigger than just the traditional materials and substrates you’re used to, because things will be changing over the next 10 years.”
