Our meet the team collection introduces different members of the Infigo team in a slightly different light, to show a side to them that you’ve most likely never seen before. This time is the turn of Suze Bale, who shares a few of her creature comforts, out of hour activities, and some insights into what makes her tick.

What’s your favourite food?
Chocolate, as I definitely have a sweet tooth! But also love Italian or Thai food, followed by a rum night cap.
What’s your biggest achievement in the last 2 years?
Finishing our house renovation that has taken a fair few years! Although it is never really finished as there is always something else you want to do.
What do you enjoy most about working for Infigo?
The Team, A great mix of personalities who all work so well together. We are a growing business and to see how well everyone adapts to that is really motivating.
What are your hobbies?
I’m really into Spin classes at the moment and probably go 2/3 times a week, as well as Pilates, weekly.
Also love walking with my Greek rescue dog Ollie, as well as photography…which I started a course in lockdown (but not very good at it)
What can’t you live without?
My family and friends
Tell us a bit about yourself, in your own words?
Although my role is very varied and although I predominantly work with the Sales team, I also work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success departments too.
My main goal is to ensure the Sales team have everything they need by way of being a Hubspot and Pandadoc ninja! Handing out leads, creating lists, managing data and pulling together reports.
Being right hand girl to Head of Global Sales, Paul Bromley, and challenging myself to think of what he’s going to ask for next before he actually asks me! haha
I look after the SDR team, keeping them fed with data, keeping them motivated for more and celebrating the wins!
I am also involved in the logistics of travel and accommodation for when our teams go to trade shows, researching planes, trains and automobiles! And finding great hotels and Airbnb’s.
Main achievement is setting up and rolling out Pandadoc, with very little software background.
Tell us a fun fact not many people know about you
I was on the Saturday morning kids TV show, Wacaday, with my dance troupe as a kid and met George Best.
What is your dream holiday location?
Santorini has my heart!
But would love to go to Bali and also the French Polynesian islands.

On most weekends, we can find you
Walking miles with my husband, Stu, and Ollie the Dog – or Spending time with family and friends, eating amazing food and drinking nice rum.

Both! Relaxing on the beach listening to the sea OR Walking in the mountains.
