This time, we’re excited to introduce Helen Freeman, our dynamic new Senior SaaS Sales team member. Helen joined us just a few months ago and has already made a big impact, with her decades of experience and knack for solving challenges. From her love of crafting with driftwood, to her adventures within the film industry, Helen’s story is as inspiring as it is fascinating. Becoming a wedding celebrant to marry an amazing couple.
What do you enjoy most about working for Infigo?
Albeit I have only been with the company a short time, what an amazing, welcoming team who constantly push the boundaries of web-to-print.
What are your hobbies?
Being creative with driftwood, cooking, socialising with our local rugby team, family and gardening.
What can’t you live without?
My nearest and dearest – family and friends. It’s crucial to spend time sharing life’s journeys and being there for one another.
Tell us a bit about yourself, in your own words?
With over two decades of experience in customer service, marketing communications, business development, production, print, DM, transactional, POS, logistics and SaaS Sales, I strive to offer a range of services to help my clients achieve their goals. Whilst specialising in marketing communications over various platforms, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for blue chip companies, on budget and where attention to detail is key.
I love to ask ‘Why? and ‘Why not?’ and find that understanding processes from end-to-end, drives enthusiasm and passion to push boundaries and create solutions.
The perspective a fresh pair of eyes can bring to understand the full journey, can highlight the potentials, not necessarily the issues. Many feel, if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it, however, those historic methods may not drive monetary savings, but time and in turn, money.
I’m very much a people person, a key listener, and a dedicated mentor, who uses a consultative style sales approach, with a knack for challenging and improving established workflows and end-to-end solutions.
Tell us a fun fact not many people know about you
I travelled to Cannes, Milan & LA to buy feature film rights each year, for 10 years and released the first clam shell DVD box in the UK.
What is your dream holiday location?
Visiting new countries and cities, followed by a beach/spa retreat, whilst my boys (husband and son) scuba dive amazing new places.
Why would you recommend Infigo to potential customers?
I was already aware of Infigo prior to joining the team, I’d seen other web-to-print solutions, but nothing at the same level. However, Infigo drives solutions into new market places, has management who listen and unrivalled in-house developers.
On most weekends, we can find you
Socialising with family and friends, walks with my husband and pooch, or watching my son play rugby.

Both.
