Experience our new integration that will enable converters to automate workflow and cash-flow at the HYBRID Huddle UK event
We are excited to formerly announce our latest partnership that will enable packagers and converters to achieve profitable new e-commerce revenue streams, through an automated workflow.
The dedicated integration with HYBRID software will allow web-to-pack operators to create beautifully branded online storefronts, that can take orders and payment, and allow users to upload designs and edit templates, without any manual intervention.
Launching at our partner’s free HYBRID Huddle event, which is being held Hilton at St George’s Park, Burton Upon Trent on Thursday 28th September, from 9:30 to 16:30, we will demonstrate how easy it is to create individually branded storefronts and portals (even with limited web design experience) and take payment online, and place the job in an automated, integrated workflow.
Increasing labelling and packaging demand
With the labelling and packaging forecast to increase by at least 5% in the coming years, and an increase in demand for smaller runs, operators will learn how they can capitalise on this demand and reduce overheads.
As data is synced between HYBRID Software and Infigo, converters can streamline the workflow, eliminate costly touchpoints, reduce overheads and speed up production. This also means that rekeying errors, and the potential for other manual mistakes are eliminated.
Customers will also receive automated email updates when the order has been successfully received, processed and shipped. Again, this reduces the high number of emails and phone calls your team has to deal with, freeing up their time for more knowledge-based tasks.
Automation increases revenue
Chris Minn, Head of Global Marketing at Infigo, said; “Working in partnership with other leading experts has always been a driving force for Infigo. Our platform is just one small, albeit highly effective, part of an automated workflow, so it’s important to have dedicated partnerships with other industry trailblazers.
“Every client is different. Every workflow is different. However we would have no hesitation in recommending HYBRID’s products to existing clients and prospects.
“Having already worked with HYBRID Software with our joint client Baker Labels, and sharing visions at various trade meetings we realised that a partnership would not only be extremely beneficial to both companies but most importantly to our respective customers, wherever they are in the world.”
Paul Bromley, Head of Global Sales at Infigo, said: “We’re very excited to be working with the teams at HYBRID Software to automate even further than we ever have before! And what better way to formally announce the partnership and demonstrate the benefits than at HYBRID’s own UK event.
“We have already helped clients achieve workflow automation during the pandemic by working together, which meant they were able to continue production even during the height of lockdown. So it’s exciting to see what the future holds for our respective clients by formalising this partnership.”
Modern print buyers have different expectations
Paul Bates, UK, Ireland & Global Accounts Manager at HYBRID Software said the changing workforce, many of which are now digital natives, have very different expectations when buying print.
He said: “All label and packaging customers are trying to do the same thing, which is automate. Many print buyers, whether B2B or B2C are so accustomed to buying products online, so this is the area that converters need to be innovating. Adding Infigo to the front of the workflow will allow our users to capitalise on the packaging, labels and e-commerce boom; creating profitable revenue streams through automation.
“Through this integration our users will see how they can increase speed-to-press, process more orders in less time, completely automate repeat orders and reduce costly errors. It’s a better all round experience for the customer and more profitable for our users.”
