We’re demonstrating some of the latest innovations in web-to-label technology, at the hotly anticipated Labelexpo Americas exhibition in Chicago, next month.

The event, held between the 10-12th September, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, will show off how how the Infigo web-to-label platform can be easily integrated with other systems and hardware to create a seamless workflow and unparalleled user experience.

In particular we will be showcasing some of our recently developed Connect modules, with recently appointed Infigo Managing Director, Alex Bowell, who has immersed in the label industry over the last 18 months, spearheading the attendance.

Expert knowledge from TMLI’s Technical Guru

Infigo Managing Director, Alex Bowell, will be in attendance and offering 1-to-1 demonstrations of our latest web-to-label innovations.

This deep dive into the sector has not only included working with some of the largest players in the labels industry, but has also seen Alex appointed as a Technical Guru for leading industry association, the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TMLI).

The TLMI Gurus are a group of industry experts who have a passion for the printing and label industry. Each Guru is a TLMI member and has been screened by TLMI’s Technical Committee. These are real experts who have hands-on experience and can offer solutions.

Alex said: “I couldn’t be more excited to attend my first Labelexpo as Infigo Managing Director, particularly in light of all the innovations we have made in the labels industry over the last couple of years.

“It truly is a transformative time for the labels industry, with a range of market opportunities that providers can easily be take advantage of, with the right technology.

“That’s why we’ve spent so much time ‘in the trenches’ listening and creating a solution that will revolutionise label workflows.

“It’s a dedicated solution for the labels industry, built with the expert knowledge of our leading providers in the labels sector.

“This is why we’re here to show the limitless market opportunities available and what label converters can achieve with the right platforms and integrations.”

Award winning showcase presentation

Alex will be demonstrating the Connect: CERM integration, that has already caused significant waves in the European labels market and even bagged the Digital Packaging Summit Award for Best Showcase Presentation, in Florida last November.

Alex said: “The integration brings together Infigo’s e-commerce and personalisation prowess with CERM’s estimating, workflow and job management expertise to provide a complete package for label converters.

“The solution enables converters to spin-up a branded Infigo storefront, quickly and easily, using drag and drop CMS tools and without any previous design experience required.

“They can then easily offer their customers with templated designs or file-upload products, where the customer is presented with live, real-time, and most importantly, accurate costs of the jobs they have ordered – bringing their estimates and products hidden in the depths of CERM, to the finger-tips of the customer.”

Announcing Connect: Label Traxx

However, Alex said that, in a hot-off-the-press announcement, Infigo would also reveal its Connect: Label Traxx module, which creates a seamless integration with the Label Traxx MIS.

Alex said: “As both CERM and Label Traxx are specialists in the labels space it meant that we were able to create solutions specifically for the labels sector, from the ground up – based on input and guidance from some of the biggest names in the labelling industry.

“We looked at many of the leading labels MIS out there but we knew that, for many reasons the leading partners were CERM and Label Traxx.

“Both organisations were incredibly welcoming and transparent. We spoke with their customers, which include some of the biggest names in the labelling sector and managed to find strong groups for BETA programs.”

To reserve an exclusive 1-on-1 demonstration with Alex himself, to see the integration in action, you can book a slot now.

Automated workflows

With both integrations, artwork files are pre-flighted when they are uploaded to the Infigo storefront, so the user is alerted to any potential issues in real time before they commit to the job.

And because of the e-commerce capabilities, you can take payment for the order upfront, before it is confirmed. Infigo then hands over the data to the respective MIS so that all estimates, products and jobs flow seamlessly into one centralised place.

Infigo experts out in force

As well as Alex giving dedicated demonstrations on each of the integrations, which you can book now, CEO and Founder of Infigo, Douglas Gibson, will be out networking on the conference floor, while members of our customer experience team will also be on hand to give guidance on workflow optimisation.

However, if you really can’t wait to see what we have in store, you can attend the AWA & TLMI printTHINK Industry Seminar 2024, which takes place 8-9 September, just before LabelExpo, which Alex and Douglas will also be attending.
