This latest offering from our Infigo Connect module suite promises to streamline label order processing and management for customers across the sector. By enhancing efficiency and reducing the need for reprints, it not only improves operational workflows but also drives more revenue for businesses.

Label Traxx, who will also be in attendance at the expo (Booth: 5920), boast over three decades of expertise and a global customer base exceeding 500, stands as a premier MIS/ERP solution in the labels and flexible packaging markets. Seamless synchronisation for enhanced efficiency
The Connect: Label Traxx module ensures seamless order processing and status updates between the Infigo and Label Traxx platforms. This powerful integration allows orders to flow effortlessly into the Label Traxx MIS and receive shipped status updates back, creating a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Key features:
- Base Template Customer: Assigns template products to a base template customer in Label Traxx.
- Product Mapping: Maps Label Traxx template products to Infigo products or attribute combinations.
- Customer Mapping: Maps Infigo customers to Label Traxx users, with a fallback customer code for unmapped customers.
- Automatic Customer Creation: New Infigo storefront registrations trigger automatic creation and mapping of corresponding Label Traxx customers.
- Order Tickets: Generates custom tickets in Label Traxx from Infigo orders, with options for no splitting or splitting by SKU, including product details, artwork files, and shipping information.
- Status Updates: Provides automatic shipping status updates from Label Traxx to Infigo, including tracking information.
Streamlining operations with custom tickets
The integration facilitates the creation of custom tickets in Label Traxx based on Infigo orders, ensuring each ticket includes vital customer information, order details, and configurable priority/grouping options. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees a smooth and efficient workflow.
Real-time status updates
With automatic shipping status updates, including “Shipped” and “Ship Complete,” the integration marks corresponding order line items and orders as shipped and closed in Infigo, ensuring real-time accuracy and efficiency.
