Why life’s a beach working for Infigo
I’ve only been a member of the Infigo team for a short time, but it’s clearly an organisation that is constantly innovating – not only with its web-to-print solutions but also with how the company is structured and run. While everyone, from the senior leadership team to new recruits like me, is incredibly passionate about the print industry and the services we provide, it’s clear that striking the right work/life (such as a four-day working week) balance is also a major priority for the organisation.
And that four-day working week (which Infigo has been operating on for the last 18 months) was a major incentive to join the team.
Run your print shop from the beach
Because while I am highly passionate about providing world-class solutions to the print industry, I’m also highly passionate about travelling and love taking trips abroad with my husband and son.
So the opportunity to squeeze in more weekend breaks was certainly not one to be missed.
However, the thing that I love about the Infigo platform is the fact that it allows highly stressed print managers to improve their work/life balance. So much so that they can effectively run their print shop from the beach, a hotel room, practically anywhere you can get a strong internet connection.
This is something that we explain in detail in our White Paper: Life’s a beach! Automate your wide format web-to-print workflow and take more time off.
Integration and automation = more vacation
We explain how our software can be integrated with other platforms (from your MIS, to your CRM to materials and shipping providers) to create a fully automated experience.
This not only cuts out manual touch points (whether that’s pre-flighting checks or re-entering customer data) but also means that you can significantly reduce your overheads, by streamlining the entire production process.
That’s because web-to-print reduces the number of manual touch points and takes the order-intake process online. Customers take full control, uploading their designs or utilising templates to order their displays, signage, banners and more, directly from a digital storefront; all without any interaction from your team.
While you’re taking a break, riding waves or just relaxing on the beach, the business continues to run. Your online storefronts continue to make money, around the clock, while your customers stay happy with complete control and live updates throughout their journey.
